Arnoldi’s is born from my love of fashion. I feel it’s important to choose your own style and mix labels and eras to create your own look. Feeling good about the way you look empowers you to become a more confident and unique individual.

My favourite era is the 1950’s with a special affection for Christian Dior. Christian Dior’s “New Look” appeared in February 1947, it became an instant success and the nipped-in waist and full-skirted silhouette remained the leading style until the mid-1950’s.

The name Arnoldi is my mother’s family name. The family lived in Trento located in the northern part of Italy which is only 49 miles from the beautiful Lake Garda and 44 miles from breathtaking views at Madonna Di Campiglio, a beautiful ski resort surrounded by the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, which includes the Brenta Dolomites mountain range, a glacier, lakes and trails. Trento is famous for the beauty of its landscape and the quality of its snow, making it a favourite destination for ski enthusiasts.

When you visit Arnoldi’s Beautifully Vintage, the photos you will see on display are a tribute to my Italian heritage and my inspiration for this venture. Pictured here are my late family all bar one, my dear Zia Elena (second from the right) who will be approaching 100 years of age in February 2020.

Arnoldi’s offer a personal shopping service ‘by appointment only’ at an additional charge should you wish to secure an outfit from a specific era.
